What does a gumshield do?

Gumshields prevent injuries to the mouth including teeth, gums, cheeks, and jaw.

Between 19 – 39% of dental injuries happen whilst playing sports.  Mouthguards protect your teeth and help cushion a blow to the face, minimising the risk of broken teeth and injuries to lips, tongue, face, or jaw.  They help prevent chipped, broken, and knocked out teeth.
