None special order products can be exchanged or refunded for a period of 60 days from purchase. This can be extended at the managers discretion. All returns must be unworn and in a saleable condition, with the tags still attached.

Special order products or sale items can only be returned if faulty.

All returned goods must have a corresponding receipt or proof of online purchase. If a receipt is not available the customer will be offered an exchange or instore credit.  Garments that have not been washed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions will not be accepted, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Dorset Schoolwear reserve the right to return faulty goods to the manufacturer for analysis and inspection. This returns policy does not replace the customers statutory rights over returns and replacements.
